Concho Feline Adoption & Rescue was founded by Kathryn Spain. Co-founder is Carol Moore. Both have taken in strays, rescued cats from bad situations, cared for them, and participated in spay/neuter-release program for many years.

Kathryn Spain has been a member of the Ballinger Humane Society. She began placing animals in 2002. In 2002 alone, she rescued 89 cats and had them spayed/neutered and placed in good homes. Kathryn has always had a great love for all animals. She takes her work seriously and loves seeing the gratitude that the animals have for being given loving homes.

Diane Ploussard has many years experience in bookkeeping.  She owned a wholesale business for 6 years, and a retail store for 10 years. She is currently the Treasurer for an international non-profit agency. She feels blessed to be a part of this work as Treasurer.
